Anna Sanchez

Anna is a Co-Founding Attorney and Co-Managing Partner of Kiehn|Sanchez.
Licensed in Oklahoma and California, she advises businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in cannabis compliance and regulatory matters, tax law, small business litigation, and cannabis related criminal defense.
Anna provides strategic counsel to clients navigating complex regulatory frameworks, tax controversies, administrative proceedings, and business disputes. She is particularly experienced in helping cannabis operators and small businesses manage compliance obligations and resolve challenges involving state and federal agencies.
Anna earned her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she served as President of the Environmental Law Society and Treasurer of the Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter. Originally from Southern California, she relocated to Oklahoma in 2020 and played a key role in launching and advising multiple cannabis businesses throughout the state.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Anna remains active in the legal and business community. Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending local nonprofit events, and exploring Oklahoma’s growing business landscape.
