Matt Kiehn
Co-Managing Partner
Matt is a Co-Founding Attorney and Co-Managing Partner of Kiehn|Sanchez.
Licensed in Oklahoma and Texas, he represents businesses, individuals, and families in matters involving cannabis law, business transactions, estate planning, personal injury, and animal law.
Matt provides strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, succession planning, and litigation strategy. His animal law practice is focused on animal rights and welfare, including matters involving neglect, mistreatment, care, custody, and other legal issues where the protection and well-being of animals are at stake. He is particularly experienced in helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges in highly regulated industries.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he served as President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter and competed on the National Moot Court Team. Since entering private practice, he has represented businesses and individuals throughout Oklahoma and Texas, and remains active in the legal community through his pro bono work with the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Outside the office, Matt enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and caring for his many pets.
